      -Forget the pairing record on your device and turn off your device's Bluetooth; reset the earbuds(placing the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open, and then tap and hold the button at the back of the case for 10 seconds until both earbuds' LED lights flash red 3 times) and then turn on the Bluetooth on your device to pair them again
      -Try these headphones on another Bluetooth device.

    One ear phone no longer works. Worked really good for starters but after 2 weeks only one piece is working.

      - Make sure the charging case has enough power. Note: after the earbuds are fully charged, the steady white light on the earbuds will shut off.
      - Take the earbuds out of the case and see if a flashing white light comes on. If it doesn't, try manually pressing the button of the earbuds to power them on.
      - Try to use a terrycloth/cotton swab with a bit of alcohol to clean the contact pins both in the charging case and on the earbuds to ensure a better connection.

      Please also reset the earbuds as the following steps to see if it is helpful:
      1. Place the earbuds into the charging case and make sure they are being charged.
      2. Press and hold the button on both earbuds for 3 seconds. The LED indicators will flash red 3 times and then turn white.

    Don’t work after 3-4 uses and 3 months. Not happy

    I only use these when I’m traveling on an airplane and I’ve only used them about four times in the three months that I’ve had them and now the left earbud won’t turn on or charge. So basically it doesn’t work. They were only returnable for two weeks after I picked them up. If I wanted disposable earbuds, I just would’ve bought a cheaper pair.

    Right earbud stopped working

    Right earbud stopped working in less than a year. It will connect via Bluetooth, but won't play anything in that ear, even after factory reset

      To fix the one side no sound issue, we kindly ask you to try the following tips:
      - Adjust the volume with the connected devices.
      - Use a Q-tip with a bit of rubbing alcohol to gently clean the metal mesh filter under the rubber ear tips. This is best done when sound is playing through your earbuds at max volume.
      - Try it with another device (phone/tablet/etc.) and see if the issue persists.

      Firstly try to forget the pairing records (both Soundcore Life Note and Soundcore Life Note L) on your device and turn off the Bluetooth.
      1.Reset the earbuds via the steps below:
      -Place the earbuds into the charging case and make sure they are being charged.
      -Press and hold the button on both earbuds for 3 seconds. The LED indicators will flash red 3 times and then turn white.
      2.After the reset, take both earbuds out of the charging case to make sure they are successfully paired; you will see the white light flashes quickly on the one earbud and the light flashes slowly on the other side, which means they pair together.
      3.Turn on the Bluetooth again and search for Soundcore Life Note and pair.

    0nly one side work which is the right side. The left side worked when I initially bought it but now it doesn't.

    The earbuds have a great battery life. I am not disappointed. The only downside is that you can't have one in your ear and one in the case. They disconnect when you put one in the case. This makes them easier to lose. Overall, a great sound.

    These are the best ear buds I have had. My husband bought them for me for Mothers Day last year or the year before. The charge is FOREVER, they are comfy, and they provide multiple sizes for the ear squishies!

    I lost my Airpods Pro in the gym so I had to get some budget wireless earbuds. These exceeded all my expectations. They sound just like the Airpods, if not better. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for cheap quality earbuds.

    For the price they are just OK. Really won’t stay in your ear. Was in a parking garage and the the conversation on my cell went in and out then dropped. If all you want is something while walking or riding a bike or in a car then these will work.

    I havent had these earbuds for a less than month and the case stopped charging. I have reached out to Anker's Customer Support last week, thus far no useful solutions. 100% would not buy again.
