The price point at $49.99 is incredible given what else is in the marketplao. Syncing is a cinch, fit is amazing, sleek and modem look and functionality is simple and easy. I ride my bicycle 4-5x a week and they can barely be felt while in and the sound quality for calls and audio is vryy, very good. Buy with confidence!!

OK Even Though the Charging Case Doesn't Work

It is really, really good once you get the right earbud cushions attached so it fits properly in your ear. It's a different listening device than my Beats over-ear headphones, but the quality with respect to the price is rather impressive... One Star for the charging case, because it doesn't seem to work at all unless the 'charging' case is plugged into an outlet while the earbuds are nested in the case. Not a deal-breaker for me since I have to plug in all my other Blue Tooth earphones for charging, but I was a bit disappointed that I didn't have the opportunity to charge these earbuds in the case as was advertised...

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
-Make sure the charging case has enough power. Note: after the earbuds are fully charged, the steady white light on the earbuds will shut off.
-Take the earbuds out of the case and see if a flashing white light comes on. If it doesn't, try manually pressing the button or touchpad of the earbuds to power them on.
-Try to use a terrycloth/cotton swab with a bit of alcohol to clean the contact pins both in the charging case and on earbuds to ensure a better connection.
-Try using another USB cable to power the charging case.

I didn't like them for two reasons. 1. They hurt my ears 2. If you put one in the case they both turn off. (They were returned for these reasons) I gave them three stars because the sound was clear and the person on the other side could hear me fine.

Best Buy took the return/exchange no problem. I have had good luck with Anker products so picking this set was a no-brainer. Easy to pair, excellent sound, and excellent as phone microphone. Cant go wrong with these.

Unfortunately, they don't fit in my ears properly, despite having several ear pad sizes. I lost one of them barely one week after buying them. They also regularly disconnect from bluetooth while using them.
