    If you're going to offer me three months of free Apple Music, at least honor the offer or completely remove it from the item description. Headphones are okay but the connection button is placed at an uncomfortable place on the headphones. After going back and forth with best buy support, they sent me to Apple Support after giving a ticket ID for the bogus offer links they have provided me. They gave me three different emails claiming to offer up to three months of free Apple Music. Every single one of those links is only for TWO months once I go to checkout and then once I put in my Apple ID password, I continuously get a screen saying I am not eligible for this offer. Don't promise me something in the first place and then fail to honor it. The agents at best buy have gone through every excuse in the book. First they said the code wasn't invalid and offered to send a new one. Once that didn't work, they said Apple was having an issue redeeming digital rewards and gave me a bogus Ticket ID where no one has followed up on with me but saying "contact Apple Support at this number". Absolutely ridiculous.

    I love these wireless noise-canceling over-the-ear headphones. The sound quality is great, and I was impressed not only with the noise-canceling function but also because these headphones connect automatically to my laptop and cellphone simultaneously, so I can listen to some music with my noise-canceling option without being worried about missing calls. I'm very happy with the quality, and I highly recommend this product!!
