Q: Do these headphones work with hearing aids?
A: Yes. They do. I bought them for my husband to wear over his hearing aids. He can keep his hearing aids on and enjoy movies on his phone tablet much easier now.
Q: What does "not true wireless" mean, as noted in the specs?
A: Wireless headphones don't require a wire to connect to the audio source. The audio is instead transmitted via Bluetooth. They're not called true wireless because they still have a wire running between the earpieces. Wireless headphones are available as on-ear/over-ear headphones and as earbuds. You can tell the difference because the two earpieces are actually connected. True wireless headphones don't have any wires whatsoever. They connect to the audio source using Bluetooth (and sometimes 2.4GHz wireless), and each earpiece is physically independent. True wireless headphones are only available as earbuds. Each pair of true wireless headphones has a primary and a secondary earpiece. The primary earpiece is connected to the audio source and sends the signal onto the secondary earpiece.
Q: how to operate, charge and turn on.
A: Thanks for your interest in our product. Here's a general guide on how to operate, charge, and turn them on: Turning On: 1. Press and hold the power button on the headphones. 2. Hold the button for a few seconds until you see an LED light flash or hear an audible indication that the headphones are turning on. Charging: 1. Locate the charging port on the headphones. This is typically a USB-C port. 2. Use the charging cable that came with the headphones to connect them to a power source. Operating: 1. Bluetooth Pairing: Put the headphones in pairing mode by pressing and holding the power button or a dedicated Bluetooth button until you see a blinking light or hear a pairing sound. Then, go to the Bluetooth settings on your device and select the Q20i from the list of available devices. 2. Play/Pause Music: There's a button on the ear cup you can press once to play or pause music. 3. Volume Control: There are usually volume up and down buttons. Press them to adjust the volume. 4. Active Noise Cancellation (ANC): There is a separate button to toggle this feature on and off. Please feel free to contact us via [email protected] if there is anything we can help you with.
Q: Are these headphones dust and water/sweat resistant. I.e are they good for the gym
A: Best Buy needs to update their specifications for this product as they correctly note that they are not water resistant, but unless the response from the manufacture is wrong, the specifications say these are "water proof".
Q: How long is the battery life?
A: Mine last me at least a full work week (40 hours) - without active noise canceling on.
A: Yes it does unfortunately
A: Yes. The headphones have the standard 3.5mm headphone jack and come with the 3.5mm cord, as well. You can use these to plug into anything that has a standard headphone jack, including planes.
Q: Do these pick up the background noise during teams/zoom calls...Unlike the poly and jabra??
A: In general, it's a pretty good head phone for the price range. That being said, however, if people around you start talking very loudly, you still hear it even with the noise cancellation being on.

Customers value the by Anker Q20i True Wireless Noise Canceling Over-the-Ear Headphones for their satisfactory sound quality, comfort, and amazing battery life. Many appreciate the enhanced bass and good fit, especially considering the low price and stable Bluetooth connectivity. A minor drawback mentioned by a few is that the headphones feel a bit heavy.

I bought for my Down Syndrome son for noise cancellation and to watch things on his IPad. He liked them but my other son who is 9 loves them so now I’m going to buy him his own. The best thing about these compared to others they have owned was volume. The volume is excellent!!!! Pros: noise cancellation, price, easy to charge, volume is great (most are so low it’s hard to hear), comfortable, easy to carry, easy to connect to your phone, iPad, or whatever device you use, battery life was another great thing-lasted for several hours. Cons: only thing I saw was bulky but they are headphones. They are gonna be bulky. Overall: this is a great buy. I do recommend these headphones.

I wish I could give it 4.5 stars, I think that would be the more apt rating here! I've never had noise cancelling headphones before and these get the job done as well as I could expect! Voices still peak through but not enough for it to be an issue, especially if I'm also listening to something at the time. I got them with the intention of being able to study in my library cafe, and they work perfectly for that. The build is comfortable, I can wear them with my glasses on or my contacts in (the only issue is I can't push them half-off with my glasses on, but that isn't really the biggest problem as I can put them around my neck instead.) The soft top bit means it doesn't indent my hair either, and in my experience it doesn't cause friction or bed-head (headphone-head?) either. The speakers can also rotate in two different directions (included in pictures), creating easy storage in bags or for travel if you aren't a fan of wearing the headphones around your neck. Battery life is outstanding! Came half charged and lasted over a day and a half. When charged to full it can last nearly three days of regular use for music. I've even slept with them on and woken up with remaining charge. BT connection was easy, and I love that it easily connects to two devices. However the transition between devices for audio isn't always fluid, and sometimes winds up being connected to both but receiving audio from neither. I've found the easiest remedy to this problem is simply powering off and on again (to nobody's surprise). I also decorated mine with some stickers and a paint pen. Everything has held on, I did need to use a glue-stick for the stickers on the soft part of the top, but overall the decorate-ability of these is outstanding - if that is something you are concerned about. My only issue with them, which may be a more personal issue, is that the "extension" on the right side is a little loose and it will often extend simply when I pick them up. On the other hand, the left side takes a bit of a tug to move. On my head this is less of a problem, but sometimes I can notice it getting a little loose.

Good sound overall. Sturdy construction, yet lightweight and comfortable. Folds to be pretty compact, but still a set of cups. Bluetooth is a breeze to connect. USB-C wired/charging, plus an RCA jack option. Built-in microphone for calls/game chat (decent isolation). Noise-cancelling feature is robust, but will affect battery life, which is pretty good overall (full charge will net hours and hours of use). Cups are very comfortable, perfect for kids/adolescents, but on the medium side for adults. If looking for full coverage, it depends on your ear size. $40 on sale and worth every penny.
