    Ordered this as a gift and have yet to give to the recipient. However, I did buy another one and noticed that the packaging is very different, so it looks like I received an open box. I will update this reading once it has been gifted.

    Would not turn on out of the box. Charged the headphones for 12 hours still not life.

    NC DOES NOT WORK WHILE WIRED

    The noise cancellation option on these headphones DOES NOT WORK AT ALL when the headphones are plugged in via the 3.5mm headphone jack. Unlike anything I’ve ever seen. I am either going to return them or buy a cheap dongle. Buyer beware!

    Great when they worked

    Broken after 1 year. Very angry that I spent 70 bucks on these just for them to completely quit working out of the blue while working outside.

    Battery dead in 1 month - zero quality control

    Absolutely zero quality control by Anker. New Headphone but battery dead in less than 1 month, not charging at all. Cherry on the cake, Best buy return 15 days period is passed so cannot return this piece of trash. I am going to stop by BestBuy store to see if they can address the issue. I would give this product zero star if I could.

    The description for this product is not accurate. It states that a carrying case is included but there is not one in the box.

    My package got stolen by driver and i was never refunded. I even submitted police case number. I am going to sue bestbuy.

    Poor audio and not very comfortable. The noise canceling does not work as well as the Soundcore Space One.

    Terrible product not wireless and not user friendl

    Very poorly made. It doesn't fit on small heads at all. It should have been made adustable. The other issue is that it doesn't automatically connect to bluetooth like they should. You always have to manually connect them to Bluetooth. You shouldn't have to manually them to Bluetooth all the time. Whats the purpose of them being wireless then.

    Keeps disconnecting from my Google TV. This doesn't happen with my other pair of headphones (AKG). Doing a factory reset did not resolve the issue.

    Stop connecting via blue tooth within a month ...

      - Fully charge the headphones.
      - "Forget" the headphones in your device's Bluetooth history.
      - Reset the headphones by holding the Power and Volume+ buttons for 5 seconds when the headphones are powered on.
      - Try pairing it with another device.

    Super comfy, perfect bass

    Like a 4.6 out of 5. The microphone isn't as great, but that's literally the only issue there is. The sound quality is epic, with great bass and crisp sound. Battery life is the best I've ever seen. As someone who wears glasses, it was a big switch for me to go for over-ear headphones, but these are super comfy. Would absolutely recommend.
