Just purchased this and it works GREAT in my phone. The salesman helped me and I was very impressed with his knowledge and customer service - that is why if I ever need help with my electronics I will go back to Best Buy.

I recently switched over from an iphone, so was glad to be able to swap out a battery again. This charger has an indicator light, and works great. You can even hook it to a micro USB and use it in your car. I like the case for the extra battery too, it helps to make sure that I don't short the battery out when I just throw the battery in my purse, or somewhere where my keys, coins or other metal objects are. I can even hook the charger to my solar panel for camping without any issues.

very handy but decided to return coz i dont want to hassle myself with opening and closing my case...it will easily ruin my case which is an ottobox with protection..so id better have a quick charger.....

I bought this because I'm always using my phone for something and was getting tired of having to charge it or have it across the room at a charging station so I got this and I'm glad I did! Quick swap out a b d I'm back to 100% battery life then I put the dead battery in the case and charge that and use it when this one dies so other words never a dead battery

It's nice to know that I have a backup battery in my back pack of I need it ever. This way I'm not always worried about charging my phone. Plus the design of this is really nice and portable.

Sprint threw me around for a loop and would not replace my charging port on my Galaxy S5 phone so I had to buy this external battery charger. It's been a life saver and it's great to have because I never have to plug up my phone since I already always have a battery charged and waiting to swap out. This product comes with a extra battery, so it makes this possible. Very satisfied with this product.

I like being able to swap it to have a fully charged phone without having to keep it plugged into another extrenal battery. It is pretty small and not bad to carry around.

This battery solved my unresponsive issue I was having with my phone. At times when I would launch the browser or make a call my phone was slow to react. I knew I was having a problem once the battery went down to thirty percent. My phone would shut down and then restart. I then knew that I needed to replace it. Phone works like it did day one. Glad I spent the money on it!
