After skewering the web for good looking stands that don't cost an arm and a leg for my Bowers 706 S2's I settled on these. They have a lot going for them at this price, but obviously lack a few features that more expensive brands have.
Pros:
1 Hollow to fill with sand
2 Not proprietary to Edifier Speakers
Cons:
1 No Spikes
2 Cannot mount speakers to them
3 NO CABLE MANAGEMENT
4 (Con if you didnt buy them for edifier speakers) They have the Edifier Logo on the front of each base. I just ended up turning them around and it works.
Overall they work great with my aesthetic and sure cost less than $600 Bowers stands

These stands are very well built and definitely worth the price. Assembly is easy. They have some nice weight to them which makes them nice and sturdy.
I would recommend this to a friend

GOOD stand. Can fill with sand. Caveat has weird dust residue clean immediately. Once you get them. No foam top or rubber. No carpet spikes.
