I have no idea how this happened.it’s past the Best Buy return date and sad to say I won’t be buying any more of this with its design flaw.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.2 days after I bought this because it was supposed to have a much higher level of protection compared to my OtterBox case it slip out of my hand and hits the floor it was maybe 3-3.5 foot drop and it didn’t just crack the screen no it broke the internal parts as well. If I didn’t know any better I’d think that the level of damage could only result from a drop of at a minimum of 10 feet. So yes I’m super angry about this case I returned it immediately and I would definitely not advise anyone else to buy it if they value their iPad Pro.

The auto lock/sleep doesnt work. Contacted speck and they said it was a defective product and to return it. Then proceded to lie and say that the function isnt listed on their site (had been removed from feature list). But its on the packaging. Waiting on a reply back about it. I will not be buying another speck product just for the simple fact that its a design flaw like most of the cases out now for the new ipad and then try to cover it up and not offer any kind of solution other than to return it to best buy
