Too tight

Getting it off was just as difficult. I thought there was a chance I could damage my phone due to the force needed to pry this thing off. Just wasn't a fan of the fit so I returned it for another case.

Not good for weak hands

If you have any physical conditions that weaken your hands and/or fingers you can't push them hard enough to engage the command, for example, on/off button, volume button.

Doesn't fit

Rep at the store said I cannot return item with very bad attitude since it was Black Friday after waiting in line. He said we are not accepting returns on Black Friday and I have to come back on Tuesday to return. I went on Tuesday and returned all the items purchased worth $540. Will never depends on BestBuy and will buy stuff from Amazon.
