    I know that some people said that the cover did not fit their MacBooks, but it fit mine perfectly. Nice and tight, but still removeable if need be. I brought my MacBook Pro to the store with me to be sure it would fit my model (Retina 2012) and suggest doing that to be sure it will fit your model. I've only had it for about 6 weeks, but it's great so far. Beautiful color!

    I got this case about a month ago and so far so good. My MacBook usually stays on my desk 90% of the time and I got this cover to protect my exterior from scratches by my cat's nails. The only problem I've had is that where the case attaches to the MacBook it seems to be a bit flimsy. Also, be very careful when picking up the MacBook as it will either slide out of your hands or the case will disengage leaving you holding the case while your MacBook hits the floor.
