I finally had to get rid of my 6s and gen 1 SE. All my performance problems disappeared with the new phones. IOS 14 is going to be the real challenge,but learning its capabilities should keep me busy this month. The Best Buy staff was extremely patient, knowledgeable and thorough. They answered all of my questions and guided my wife and I through the configuration process. We left the store as very satisfied customers.

It was thick and obviously sturdy, but I am admittedly one who likes to change phone cases frequently for variety. I literally could not remove the case and had to take it back to Best Buy for removal and return. This would be a great case for most, but it was a bad choice for me. I am glad it could be removed so I could exchange it for a case which still seems protective and better suits my needs.
