The first day after opening the packaging, I tried using an alcohol swab to wipe the lint/particles off, and it ended up completely scratching the inside of the case. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately, they didn’t have the grip style available at Best Buy when I bought my phone. After dropping my phone within the first week of ownership I went shopping for a new case. The iPhone 11 Pro is too big for someone with small hands to safely hold and use with one hand with this case.

If grip is important to you, we'd like you to check out Presidio Grip or Presidio V-Grip, both of which were designed with grippiness and hold in mind. Warning to iPhone 11 Pro users

First of all the box that it came in said it was designed for a different iPhone with a sticker slapped on top that says “Compatible with iPhone 11 Pro”. Nowhere in the description does it mention that it’s not even made specifically for the phone that they’re advertising. The left side of the case isn’t snug and every time you grasp your phone you can feel it get pushed closer to the phone. The lock button feels very awkward to use. Last thing is the opening for the silent mode button - the switch isn’t in the middle of the opening. Less of an issue than the other problems I have with this case but it’s still not aesthetically pleasing when the opening has 3x the amount of open space on top than the bottom. I will be returning and buying a different case.

Took me a little while to even pair for a while only the right one would pair, overall just spend the extra money on some nicer wireless buds. Thankful for the 14 day return policy will be returning with in 24hrs of purchase. Also the charging case is very big and bulky.

Disappointed with the case AND with Best Buy

I put it aside for a few days and then tried to return it. There was not an option to return on the order record as there is on most products. I put the case aside again for another couple days until just now when I tried again to figure out how to return it. That's when I learned that you have all of 15 days to return an item. Plus the price for the item is now less than half of what I paid. I wanted to use Best Buy for this purchase because I don't like the way that Amazon is taking over everything, but I guess I've learned my lesson. I wouldn't have had any trouble returning this item to Amazon, but I bought it through Best Buy and now I'm stuck with it. No more purchases through Best Buy for me.

Okay case, scratches easily
