Our team works hard to make sure your case provides optimal protection but like with all form fitting items, materials take a little time to conform to its device dimensions and your particular operation. So initially operating buttons can appear firm and imprecise, however this goes away after about 20-30 days. We know this seems inconvenient and apologize for the experience but assure you it is for your device’s protection.
