This is the second one of these that I've owned for this MacBook Pro. That might sound like a red flag, but I assure you, it's not. It took an awful lot for my first one to crack. And keep in mind, the case eventually took the damage, not my laptop.

This case has lasted me two years of college and I think that is a decent amount of time for how much I use my laptop. The corners give out the easiest, so my case stays on, but slides here and there.

I love this case. I use my laptop for school so I carry it everywhere. No matter what my laptop goes through my case is there to protect it. Trust me if it wasn't for this case my MacBook Pro wouldn't be here today. Plus it looks really nice!

It fits well on the laptop but the edges can scratch your wrist while typing. It would have been nicer if they would provided soft gel edges or at least rounded them.

i love this laptop case. i had been looking for a case for a couple of years reading review after another and decided to purchase the speck laptop case and it was a really good choice. i would recommend this case to all my friends.

The case looks really nice on the laptop. Adds personality based on the color you choose. I would say it protects it somewhat from dings but if it's a bad drop I do not see this case protecting the laptop.

Had to send this one back for refund. Manufacturer put a 12 in cover in 13 in box. This was too small for my 13.3 computer. Called Best Buy and they gave me a refund with free return shipping. They stand behind their products.

Great Laptop at a great price. Plenty of power with a great looking display. I like how the keys light up for night work. My only con is the small size hard drive but that can be overcome by a flash drive or external unit.

I just got a MacBook and I really wanted a case so I wouldn't damage it. I liked the finish on this one because you can really grip it, you don't feel like you're about to drop it. It's very slim too, I barely notice it's on.

This cover functions well and seems to not interfere with cooling and may assist with cooling when used on a bed or when the computer is on a couch. I wish I picked this up as soon as I bought the computer.

Too difficult to remove from laptop to clean, as is recommended regularly. Took me 10 minutes to carefully remove it to avoid scratching the screen.

I already have a Speck case for my laptop and liked it so much I bought one for my child's laptop. The only complaint I do have is that if you're not careful they will crack if you're not careful putting them on.

The laptop cover worked just as I expected, and I was pleasantly surprised because the apple logo still shines through. I cannot wait to cover this with laptop stickers!

This is the 2nd cover I purchased to put on my Mac. I would have given it 5 stars but this cover does not have the same texture. It shows smudges on outer shell.

I chose this Apple product because my older daughter has the same one only two years older and it works perfectly still. We are one big apple family love this product.

My wife can be pretty hard on her MacBook Pro and this cover does the job in protecting our investment. She loves the stylish look and the way the Apple lights up when it's on. I highly recommend.

Bought this cover for my daughters laptop and so far so good. it seems like a tough case. The only complaint is that the case is a little "slippery" in your hand.

Bought for work related stuff and it’s been great. Past laptops have gotten slower after 3 months or so but apple keeps running fast and no worries about viruses.

Really good case for my MacBook Pro. Wasn't difficult to install and makes my MacBook look pretty cool too. Haven't dropped it yet so can't comment on its protection but overall a good buy.

The Sceck covers for the MacBook Air add a bit of your style to a pretty dull looking MacBook. They look great. I did not realize the apple lights up on the MacBook. Looks snazzy.
