CON: I t cracks easily. PRO: It comes with a 1 year warranty and Speck will replace it at no charge. Its a great idea, but the product needs to be a little more durable.

If you look close into this you will see small scratches and imperfections like hazing if you look in a certain angle Case also seems brittle so we can crack yearly.

I thought this item would be made more durable. The box it came in was damaged and it looked like it possibly was a return. Not sure.

The product is good and it serves the purpose, however, I expected it to look better and be black. It looks a lot better in picture.

At first my boyfriend was excited about the case but it broke after the first time we tried to remove it from the laptop.

The case is durable and fits nicely. It functions very well, yet with one major problem. The texture is too slippery. It has a hard plastic feel, totally unlike a previous version that was soft to the touch and and very easy to grip. (Satin) I returned the case to Best Buy and hunted down new old stock (a version originally purchased 3 years ago), and now I am very happy.

I bought this because it was recommended by Best Buy when I purchased a Macbook as a gift for one of my kids who was starting college. Turns out this case doesn't fit the MacBook I bought and since my kid went away to college we didn't discover the error until it was too late to exchange for a case that would fit. Really unhappy with Best Buy for recommending this case.

I would not recommend getting this laptop case. I am already on my second one in just over a year and it has once again already cracked! I tend to take very good care of all of my electronics but without fail this case cracks way too easy. I have never dropped my laptop but somehow it cracks on the corners so easily. Very disappointed with this product.

Easily broken, not really any better than any of the cheaper models out there.

This case was in used condition. I was really disappointed when I received the product because it was scratched all over. There was no point in getting the shipment because I ended up going to the store to get another case which was inconvenient to say the least. It was a waste of time, I expected more from Best Buy.

One of the corner plastic got crack then broke off only 2nd time attempting to release the case from MacBook. Never experience any drop impact nor collision. Piece of junk. Already past 45 days of return period so can't file return. Warranty? Don't bother. Will never ever try any Speck product in the future.

I had high hopes for this expensive case but the edge cracked after a month!!!

Its a pretty cheap case for rhe price not worth it to me very easy to break

I had a sale man help me to purchase what I needed for my new MacBook Air. This was one of the items but it did not fit my screen! I cannot review something that I was unable to use. I cannot recommend it for the same reason. Be careful that you don't get a bad sales rep.

I should have tried the case in the store, when I got home too tight a fit and no room for charging cables and accessories. I took it back, no problems, and exchange for Targus - GRID case, end of story !

I went in and asked about accessories for mac book air, told them my grandson was getting one for Christmas, they showed me where they were and color options, which was great, but neglected to tell me they were last years model and didn't fit!?

was a little misleading as the description was not clear that it wouldn't fit my particular ipad. as it said 13 inch I was under the impression that it would. it didn't. other than that it seems like a really good product

The corner piece which secures the bottom case to laptop broke within a month of purchasing; rather disappointing. I will not buy when I go to purchase a replacement...

I bought one and it cracked right after I purschased. I thought I was the problem, so purchased a second one. A GREAT WASTE OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY.

I recently bought a new 13 inch MacBook Pro and bought this to cover it. It ended up being too big for my laptop even though it was the correct size.
