After reading reviews, I purchased my Speck laptop shell covering. It's been over a month and I still love it. It not only protects my laptop, but it looks very stylish and cool. I recommend buying it!

This case (after I bought the correct one) is perfect! Snaps on to my computer so easy, super lightweight & it doesn't make it big & bulky! This is the same brand of case I have for my phone so I knew it would be good!

Great slim case that doesn't add any overall weight to the computer it self. Also makes it a little more personalized without adding a decal that you could get sick of fairly quickly

This is the second MacBook I have bought and I have always had a Speck case for it. This case is great at keeping my Mac from getting scratched or scuffed in my active lifestyle. In fact, the MacBook looks brand new even after years of use. This case is worth the money if you want something that will protect your tech.

I was concerned about not being able to upgrade ram on my own but it's performing great with 8mb.

This was purchased for my friend knowing that without the cover it is not easy and clean.

The case hugs the computer beautifully. Very sleek and stylish!

My son loves his new laptop and it has all the features he wanted.

I bought this because it was thin and light however after months of use I noticed the top left and bottom right corners now have cracks. I don't take my laptop out of the house and its never been dropped. It also isn't opened by the corners. Specks warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear so i'm a little disappointed by that. The look is nice it'll get 2 stars for that.

This is one of the WORST products I've ever purchased. I should have looked into the reviews more before I bought it. I had my first one for about 3 months & it started cracking and the pieces were literally falling off so I contacted Speck Customer service and they said they would send me a new one if I provided them with information from my receipt. Well I didn't have my receipt because who keeps a receipt for something that worked fine at first of course I threw it away. So they told me that they can send me a one time replacement but if that one broke they wouldn't give me a new one. I agreed because I had no other choice. Well here I am ONE MONTH later and it is already breaking and cracking. I treat my computer very well and it doesn't ever leave my house so I am not treating it badly this case just SUCKS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

This was the worst case ever. I have replaced it twice and each time it has cracked and chipped within a month. I could buy a case on amazon for cheaper that would last longer. I will not be buying this brand again.

I was really hesitant to purchase this because of the expense of hte product, but I figured it had such great reviews and its a mac... why not. Within a week the corners cracked and less than two weeks later cracks are pervasive. So much so that at one point I picked up my laptop from my desk and several chunks just fell off. I've had so many bad experiences with best buy (4th computer in one year due to harddrive and motherboard issues), this is yet another product from best buy that broke on me.

I purchased this cover for my macbook and all 4 corners have cracked and broke off for no reason. The rubber stopper on the bottom has also fallen off. This product is terrible cheaply made. Not worth the money. Furthermore, when I contacted Speck for assistance regarding multiple reviews regarding the same thing, Specks answer was that they could give me a 10% coupon to purchase their product again. Dont bother with this product or company. You can get a cheaper better knockoff product.

the box on my item was completely fine, but the item inside was damaged. The manufacture package was all ripped off, and the case had scuff marks and scratches on it. I went to the store to exchange it but they told me that the company had deleted this item from their inventory. I do not the reason why they removed it since it came out just last year. Very disappointed with the purchase.

Had this protective case for 3 months and one of the edges already broke off. Not worth the $40 I paid

This product is great while it lasts. I loved it while I had it but it ended up breaking within 2 weeks of getting it.
