Provided exactly the protection I need for my macbook pro while also remaining thin and portable at the same time.

This case prevents scratches, but is not resistant to drops. Still an all around great product.

Great no frills case. Easy to put on, although the directions could be more clear as to what is the front and back of each piece. Once it’s on, it’s on... it holds in place really well! And it’ll come off if needed but don’t expect it to be easy.

After searching reviews for protective covers, which will fit a MacBook Pro 13 w/retina display, I decided to purchase the Speck at Best Buy. The cover was easy to put on, fit's my computer perfectly, and it looks great. I also liked being able to get it at the store, vs ordering one online.

Although it was a little on the expensive side, a must have to protect your laptop from everyday hazards.

If you want to protect you mac laptop from scratches - this is the product to get. Incredibly easy to install and use. Very thin - I can still fit it easily into my messenger bag. There are more expensive cases - but I just don't see the value of those more expensive cases.

I would recommend this for anyone who wants to protect their MacBook from scratches. I don't think this cover protect your MacBook from a fall, but it would protect it from scratches, bumps, and everyday handling. It fits well and makes for a nice tight fit.
