This case works well on my macbook pro. I am not sure if this was made differently than the clear one, but it seems a little more rugged to me. Working as expected.

This case is good & durable. A perfect choice to protect my computer

Fits well. Doesn't do much to prevent damage in the event of a drop, but great for color options.

I bought it with my computer in April 2017. I am writing this review at the end of 2018. The shell case is intact, with some wear and tear.

Tried a cheaper, non branded item like this from a discount site first, and it broke almost immediately. This one has held up much better and is worth the price.

I've always used Speck products but this ones seems to be improved. It's a little thicker and heavier, but I feel confident that it will protect my MacBook.

This is the second one of these I have bought. The first lasted two years in the hands of a twelve year old but finally gave up the goats, time to do it again!

Be careful to look at label. These do not fit the most recent model purchased (2017). Now I’m needing to return for exchange. I asked employee who assisted me in my MACBOOK pro 15” purchase, obviously he didn’t know the correct case to model either. The model I purchased seem slightly thinner & slim.

I have unfortunately dropped my MacBook a few times. This is my second speck case and it keeps on keeping on. Thanks for protecting my MacBook, Speck.

Great case and is easy to take off when needed. The matte finish makes it look sleek.

This case covers the MacBook without taking away anything from it you can easily access the poets as well as see the apple icon light....

It is well made but the plastic doesn't last very long. It only lasted like 2 months I expect more than 2 months from Speck because they make really good cases. I'm very disappointed. I hope they improve their materials with long-lasting then I will definitely consider buying is again to protect my macbook.

Bought this case to replace my old case that had started to crack. Very pleased with Speck products and will continue to purchase their products.

Stronger than it appears, and attaches thoroughly to my 15 inch MacBook pro. The number of subtle attachment points is pleasantly surprising.

Although they only had Black the case is sturdy and fit perfectly. They were able to price match when I found it cheaper online
