cover is classy and delivery was smooth without any issue

I like to switch my iPad in different cases for all sorts of occasions, especially when using my Pro. But for my basic iPad, I like to use only a folio case to protect both the screen and the back. The Smart Cover is a great idea, but the back is still exposed to getting scratched up, and I didn’t want to spend over $40 for it. I really wanted to enjoy using the Spigen smart folio for my iPad. It offers all that I need: basic front and back protection, and works with auto wake. I knew immediately that my iPad was going to be protected from any scratches or cracks. The magnetic cover allows it to hold in place when folded backwards which is important for me. I put my iPad in and just looked at it. Yes, the back was very protected by the hard plastic shell. But the cover was what troubled me. It offered screen protection, magnet holding, and auto wake function. It’s just the front cover looked so cheap. Maybe I’m bourgeois, but the leather-like feel looks incredibly cheap and the magnet, although working, was very weak. Flipping it upside down and the magnets were barely holding it together. I am usually satisfied with Spigen products, and it is just the standard iPad. The folio feels good in the hand, slim enough to slip into my bag, and sturdy when folded in order for me to type. It gets the job done and in the end of the day, that’s all that matters.

It fits and protect my iPad well. Like the way it stays close to protect the screen even when I just put in my backpack or walk around with it.

Solid case if you're looking for a base stand case.

Good cover and protection for my iPad, however the bottom is very slick. We stayed with friends last week in there VRBO. I left my iPad on the kitchen table. When our friends were cleaning the table they accidentally pushed my iPad in the floor because the bottom has no rubber feet, but instead is very slick! The top is fairly sturdy, so lay it down upside down.

This is a great folio for the iPad, a simple concept with excellent execution. It adds very little to the size and weight of the iPad, but it serves as a screen protector for carrying and travel as well as folding into an easy to use stand. There are just two downsides that I've seen. First, a color selection would be nice. Second, small magnets to hold the stand in place would be great in situations where it is likely to get jostled, like a plane. After I got mine, my wife liked it so much that she bought one, too. I've tried a lot of cases, and I would highly recommend this one.
