What is this

I have never completely understood it. when I was watching it I was just waiting for it to end. I don't understand why she had to wash the fat slime. Everybody I know who has watched this movie has agreed with me that it is the strangest movie ever made. do not buy this movie unless you enjoy hour after hour of giant babies, spider grandpas, pig parents and slime people. This movie isn't even good for little kids it is extremely confusing and depressing.
