I enjoyed this wristband for two short months until it broke. I guess it’s cheaply made.

The band was good for 6-7 months then one side would not stay connected to fitbit. It fell off my arm too many times.

This is my 4th one in 4 years. They all seem to break right after the warranty expires. The newest has 2 cracks on the face now. The band broke. Ugh! My wife and daughter both seem to have had very similar experiences. This is my last one. Will try an alternate next.

Band feels good. However the attachment sites on each band are weak and break easily.

Very expensive and ineffective design. Nearly impossible to get it on and off. Must do with one hand which requires right-hand manipulation I find quite difficult. Worst part? Very, very expensive for the quality of the product.

I only had this band for 7 months and I have to get a new one. The previous band only lasted about that long too.....what's up with that Fitbit makers? The next time I will just change brands.

The band made me break out in some weird blisters. Have never had any problems with other bands like that.

Watch straps let go after two weeks and lost the watch. Does not seem like a watch band is made very well if it lets go after secured properly to watch

Shortly after purchasing the fastener snapped and would not connect to the actual Fitbit Bought another and that one also broke! ;)

Purchased new fit bit band because the original broke. New band just broke ! Poor product

I like my FitBit Charge 2; however, due to its poor quality, I'm in the process of purchasing a second replacement band. The rubber of the Fitbit products I owned always separates from its plastic component in less a year. I replaced my FitBit Charge twice because the rubber separated from the 'FitBit.' The first replacement was under warranty, and I purchased the second replacement at a discount from FitBit. I gave away my second replacement and purchased a FitBit Charge 2, which is a more durable product than the FitBit Charge. I replaced my FitBit Charge 2 once and did not bother with the warranty. I treat my FitBit fitness trackers as a consumable product; however, knowing that I will always have to purchase replacements or replacement parts multiple times in a year is becoming a nuisance. I hope Best Buy leverages its brand and recommends that FitBit improves their product quality.

I just replaced the original band which started to come unglued, so I'm hoping that this one last a little bit longer.

This is a great strap. I wish Best Buy had more colors available!

I like my Fitbit Charge 2. For what it is, I like this product. However, it's not a durable product. I will never buy another Fitbit product; they are junk. This is the third band I'm on. Yes, I said third. The original band, broke. I bought a nice blue band; it broke. Then I bought this black band. It hasn't broken yet. If you are an active person, this product is not for you. It pains me to write this, but stay away from Fitbit unless you like giving your money away.
