Customers find value in the ease of use of this product, with many noting its simple setup and intuitive interface. However, the heart rate monitor has received significant criticism for providing inaccurate readings and difficulties with syncing and data interpretation. Some users found the heart rate sensor to be overly sensitive. Despite these issues, some users appreciate the heart rate monitor as a useful feature, even if not perfectly accurate.

After using several different HRM's from Oregon Scientific, Polar and Garmin, this one will be the first one I'm returning.
In playing around with it a bit, I found that it is not intuitive to use, the buttons are too sensitive and heaven forbid I should accidentally touch the metal bezel while trying to navigate the menu. It goes into "touch" mode way too easily and just leaves me feeling clumsy and stressed.
Switches laps constantly during workout because of the "feather sensitive" buttons.
Guess I'll just buy a new HRM strap for my Garmin instead.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
