    Detecting the heart rate is pretty much hit or miss. I've tried everything. I might get a heart rate for a minute or two and then it just doesn't do a thing.

    I have just spent the last hour and half trying to get this thing to connect to my Galaxy Note 5. Either it will connect but then heart rate vanishes after about 2-3 minutes and it's not connected anymore or it simply will not connect at all. I have followed all the troubleshooting steps available. Very frustrated. It is NOT useful at all. The app doesn't even start with a visible Heart Rate display. You have to fiddle with starting an exercise recording to find out if the stupid thing is working or not. Read the reviews.. don't get this
