    I wanted the breakage coverage - I tend to drop my phone. This HTC is great - does everything I need - phone, texts, maps, fb and internet.

    Less than two months after purchase the P character has quit working. Best Buy's response? "Do you use the p a lot?" Seriously. Then, even after prepaying the $160 extended service, try a factory reset or call HTC. Disappointed in the product. Furious at the lack of customer service.

    This was an upgrade from an M7 which was also great with one exception. The M7 camera developed the purple tinge after about 9-10 months. I had it repaired by HTC under warranty but it developed the same issue. This is why I upgraded to the M9. As soon as I activated it I applied all the available updates. Then installed my apps. The phone works very well. Good call quality, no dropped calls. Speakers are awesome as usual. BT works better than in M7. Cameras are both very good regardless of lighting. Screen is excellent. Battery runs all day until late into the night with plenty left over.

    Having lots of trouble getting LTE service. Had Samsung S3 and service was much better.
