    I read all the reviews on this air conditioner and was truly hoping for the best...This unit is very loud. We had to move it out of the bedroom as it kept us up most if the night. However, it definitely cools quickly.

    This air conditioner is 12K BTU's and can cool an entire room in less than 1/2 hour! It is easy to use and has many features and speeds including a timer. I highly recommend this product.

    I have about a 600sq foot first floor and this AC unit works great keeping the whole place cool! I love having the remote that makes it easy to turn the temperature up or down right from my bed! Would for sure recommend.

    After I bought this AC from Best Buy it broke after only 3 months. Unbelievable. Not only did the company give me a VERY hard time (SPT-US) when I wanted my money back to purchase a different brand or another AC, but Best Buy was extremely indifferent and unhelpful.
