Arrived damaged. Not able to use. Looked like it would fit nicely in limited space. No butcher block top. Price is way too high.

I absolutely love this dishwasher. It gets run almost daily. I've had it over a year and it still runs as good as it did on the first day I used it.

When I received this at my door, it was upside down. Get it out of the packaging and found out the door would not shut; I thought maybe it would be ok, called the company on whether it was supposed to have a latch. The latch was not installed. I was trying to do a load of dishes before I found this out. I was not happy when I bought the 5-year plan from best buy to find out it was only an insurance policy if I needed to return it. They don't work on it. Returned it and ordered another crossing my fingers for a good outcome and not a waste of over $500.

I bought an LG microwave because the one that finally 'died' was the same brand and lasted many years. This one is even better than that one was!

Works great in my small space. Holds more dishes than I thought it would. Easy to hook up

I like that the dishwasher washes rinsed or slightly soiled dishes well. It is a good size for a small kitchen area.

Happy wife, happy life. Need I say more. Added to a house not set up for a built in dishwasher.

I was surprised that this dishwasher got any good reviews. It is the most expensive piece of garbage I have ever purchased. The "All in one" setting does not work - AT ALL! The tablet doesn't dissolve all the way. So I switched to Normal wash with liquid detergent. It cleans the dishes, mostly, but leaves a horrible white film on everything that I can't get off. I have tried all of the troubleshooting tips, different detergents, rinse aids, different settings; all with the same result... almost clean dishes with a white coating. The utensil basket flops around, and nothing fits correctly. I don't know if I purchased a faulty dishwasher, but I am NOT happy.

For a portable dishwasher it’s quite and get the dish clean.

It's not what I though it would be, it's very complicated and I have a piece broken off of there.

I am a 65 yo grandmother raising her 9 yo grandson. This is perfect for us - I really checked around and Best Buy's price beats anyone else's by a minimum of $100 PLUS free shipping. Unbelieveably well packaged. took longer to unpack than to set up and use. Instructions are not very good - 2 things to point out - the white hookup part SLIDES down, insert silver adapt (you have already put on your faucet) and let it slide back up over adapter. No leaks so far. also, to lower top shelf, pry off end caps on arms with a flat blade screwdriver in a little slit on the side and they pop right off, roll onto lower set of wheels and there you go. washes everything clean, clean, clean - just rinse and don't leave on gobs of food since it is not going through a garbage disposal. have washed 8 x 8 pyrex pans, pots and pans in addition to regular glasses and plates and no problems. It is true it does not dry but everything is dry when they come out except for plastic for some reason - but a pass or two with a dish towel takes care of that. LOVE this machine, moves so easily with almost one finger touch, hooks up in 3 seconds, and you are ready to wash. hope I am as pleased in 2 years as I am now!

I had to return my SPT-18" Portable dishwasher because it would not clean my dishes at all. I did get my money returned with no problem. I really don't like to give a bad review but in this case I had no choice.

double wrapped so this unit was damaged before ot was shipped. Really sad!!. then best buy 800 number people are worthless.Hang up on you,send you back to the store then do nothing!!!. NEVER BUY ANYTHING ON LINE THRU BEST BUY.
