This hot eater dispenser has a beautiful exterior and it is a good size. However it leaks black residue into stainless steel inner pot. I have to clean it everyday to rid of the deposits. In addition the “dispense”button is cracked. Sad that I have to return this product.

Best purchase of the year so far. I purchased this hot water dispenser t for my wife for quick preparation of her tea and oatmeal. She loves it! Now I use it just as much as she does. Great product! Great price!

The unit is good for hot water use of drinking and cooking of a small family. The unit is easy to operate, good looking from outside, and the spinning bottom is convenient. The long lasting quality of stein steel interior needs be validated.

Works well. However had to use vinegar to get rid of the smell. The lid should have been removable. When I open it hot water gets on the hand and dumping old water is tough without burning yourself

Love the temperature to which this heats water. Perfect cup of tea. Takes a little while to boil, but not too long. Biggest worry is a big one: no on/off switch. Must be unplugged. Huge issue since I bought this for work. Would get another for homenif I can find one with an automatic or timed shut off. Definitely almost perfect.

Works great. Bit big for just me but easy too use.

Only downside to this product is that when you have to refill it, you can burn your hand... wish the handle was different... but I love it!

it will not auto reboil, so disappointed in this.....

It’s my first ever it suit me just find in every thing I do .instant tea,instant noodle etc.

Easy to use and for maintenance hot pot for those drink hot stuff.

Handy gadget, have how water when needed. 3 minor downsides: 1) kind of slow to boil (only 700W so that's understandable); 2) cover drips water all over the counter when opened - be careful and have a way to wipe up; and 3) needs a timer of some kind so it isn't on when people don't need it (I use an old plug-in timer that was lying around).
