    Loved it! It cooled down my 2300 home. Bottom floor would be around 68-72 in the middle of summer.

    This is a great replacement for a window air conditioner. I live in a historic building so window air-conditioners are not allowed. It's quite in the evening. I haven't tried the heat function yet since it's August.

    I don't like the hose I don't really know where to put the water so I use a bucket. It's a waste of space and it causes spills,I regret purchasing it. It wasn't worth the money.

    It can’t cool 300 sqft too, it can’t even take the temperature down by a few degrees from outside temp. Total waste of money.

    I opened the box and to my surprise most of the parts were not included. I called the company and have been waiting for almost two weeks for them to arrive. I'm not happy at all.

    I have had this unit for 4 years and it is excellent. Our small apartment stays cool sometimes i turn it off because it gets a little to cold. Best investment, easily install.
