Meh love and hate it

Lots of water draining which is annoying to have to deal with a wet floor sometimes. I wish there was a built in collected. The tube just drains out to whatever you put under it. And even sometimes I wake up to a wet floor because so much water has drained. It’s not yet been 4 years and the system seems to have given out. For the price I’d expect a longer lifespan.

Has limited temperature setting range. i.e. if you wanted it say 45 or 50 to prevent freezing in garage. Called manufacturer several times for assistance only to be given the cold shoulder blow off.

It’s okay and was missing parts.

My biggest complaints are that it’s fairly loud and it did not have the plastic window slat thing that the hose fits into in the window. My husband MacGyvered a solution, but it looks kind of trashy and the hose has fallen into the room making the room hot and defeating the purpose of an AC.
