I have a hair salon with blow dryer going all day this unit help us in some of are very hot summer day

I am happy with this unit it works well and very easy to set up.

Good Product Kept house cool. Only thing negative I have with it, is it's really heavy

Bought this for our shop. Cools about 1800 Sq ft very well.

Kept our upstairs comfortable when temp. hit 100 degrees.

This is a great product, has been running 24 hrs a day for over a week and will still haven’t needed to drain the tank.

Bought it to cool our living area that gets most used in heat of our Louisiana summers and it has done a great job.

I bought this A/C unit when San Diego had a sudden heat wave that lasted about a month! This bad boy kept us cool in two rooms! Couldn’t believe it! I had reservations in the beginning and was thinking about returning it because of the price. My wife hooked it up when I was at work and when I got home I was in Awww!! Outside it was 97 degrees and in the room with the A/C unit it was a cool 69 degrees! I couldn’t believe it! So I guess we will be keep this bad boy!!

Works excellent! We bought 2 for the first floor. Vented one thru the window and the other thru the sliding glass door.

Great investment. No complaints except wish hose was longer using in a basement and need to raise the unit to vent out.

I did not have a good experience with this unit; mine had to go back to the store. First of all the specs are wrong on this page and it is not recommended for a 700 sq ft room but rather 300-350 sq ft, according to the manufacturer's specs. The room I used it in was only 120 sq ft and I kept the door closed, but it took 6 hours to decrease the temp by 6 degrees. When I turned it on cold air would blow out and it was pretty quiet but awhile later it would switch to fan even though the room hadn't reached the target temp, which explains the 6 hours. Even if that unit was defective there were several other features I didn't care for. I'd set it to 61/cooling and when I'd click the orange OFF button on the remote it wouldn't turn off, but would switch to fan. (Clearly not what I meant when I clicked off.) Clicking it a second time would turn the unit off but it would also clear the settings, and turning it back on would reset it to its default of 76. This meant that if I wanted to switch it off and on during the night, every time I turned it on I'd have to set it back to 61 and cool. Crazy! It was not great at wicking away water. I ran it for a total of about 18 hours and none came out of the bottom drain but maybe a cup came out of the upper one. Previous portable units did better than this but the unit does come with a drainage hose, even though it says it doesn't. The casters spun around freely and made the unit very easy to move. The fan had some decent power. The window part is about 7" wide so you can still secure the window at a pretty safe width to prevent intruders. The clips that hold the hose in place are somewhat cheap so the hose falls out if the unit is moved much, and the hose is fairly thin so it might be worth wrapping that with something to insulate it. I have owned various portable air conditioners and this was by far the worst. Even if it had cooled properly I would have found the remote control issues frustrating as well as the need to set up continuous draining because of its poor wicking ability.

It works great, keeps my living room nice and cool. At least 10 degrees cooler than the temperature outside.

Just moved into a new house, this ac works awesome , covers the whole downstairs area

I use this in my living room which has now doors to trap the cool air, it works great in the bedroom, but would not recommend this for a room with no doors.
