    Just like the title says, this portable AC does put out cold air, but the only way you can really tell is by standing directly in front of it. Not saying this doesn't work, however. I do have an open floor plan, so it's possible that the square footage is bigger than what this unit can really handle. I really don't think this covers 700 sq. ft., though.

    This a/c does work good in my living room BUT when it's really hot it doesn't work as well as it should for almost the $450 That I paid including tax

    Work great for our front room loft. We have installed on the lower level, but it keeps great circulation between both floor (about 800sq feet between the two). Took about 2 hours to keep both rooms on temperature.

    It's efficient for a master suite but DOES require exhaust ventilation as the exihaust heat release is tremendous

    exhause hose does generate a lot of water so make sure U empty whatever container U use to catch the water.

    My mom needed something to help during this heat wave and this fit the bill. The only this was there is a water drain tube that must be funneled to the outside.
