I bought one of these here at Best buy and of all the products that I have bought, only the dehumidifier did not help me, it stopped working. now I need one again but I'm afraid it will cost me and the same thing will happen to me

Not sure how this got such high ratings unless the one I got was not working right or something. I had it in a closet that had 70% humidity after letting this run for 3 days it did not lower the humidity and only collected about 3 table spoons of water total. To bad this did not work out as it is a nice small size... I returned this humidifier for refund
