Good until it broke
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Lasted about 18 months (1 year warranty). Worked fine until the fan gave out. Shelves are a bit thin, definitely can't fit pinot or champagne bottles.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Interesting that some people note that this unit is "noisy". I don't find that to be the case at all. I also do not see any issue with the white wine section unable to chill properly. I use the smaller section for whites and I have it set at 41 (even though it says you can't set it below 44?) and it's just right. I did notice that if you leave the smaller compartment's light on, it makes the temp go up a tad over time, but otherwise it works great. This is my first wine cooler so I'm sure I'll eventually want to get a bigger one since I LOVE having my wines at the right temp all the time (although it does make it a little TOO easy to drink wine now!).

Good size but crapped out

Besides the top section completely failing, there are other issues with this wine cooler. It is made of a very cheap aluminum casing and easily dents (mine arrived dented, but I bent it back in shape with my hands). Second, and more importantly, the shelves are not sized correctly for wine! We filled it with 21 bottles, but you have to cram them in and the wire shelves just scrape the the labels off the bottles - if you can manage to get them in there. The only good part was the overall size of the unit - otherwise avoid.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this and after about 2 months, the top cooler (White wine) wouldn't go below 60 degrees. I returned it, got another one and after 5 months, the same issue occurred. I tried unplugging, etc. No luck. I tried to return it again and Best Buy wouldn't take it. Told me I should have bought the Geek Squad stuff or whatever since with this vendor I have to go direct on any issues. I was wondering why I should pay extra to make sure a defective product would work for more than a few months. I also wanted to know why they didn't tell me that this vendor wasn't one they would work with on returns. I didn't get any real answers. Anyway, awful product experience and awful customer service from Best Buy.
