Q: Does this hold the larger bottles of wine?

A: Nope. It barely holds regular bottles of wine on the racks - you have to jam them in there and it scrapes the labels off the bottles - even after pulling the shelves out to load them.

Q: I want this to replace a trash compactor with a rough opening of 15" wide. Would this be appropriate for under counter use?

A: No, it would be a fire hazard. To mount under the counter, it would need a vent in the front. They are hard to find!

Q: Do you take the old one with you when delivering the new one?

A: We recycled the old compactor that this wine cooler replaced.
