I researched many wine refrigerators before choosing this one; it was normally $350 but was on sale for $200; which put it in my price range. It is thermoelectric so is very quiet. The only change I would make is the temp lights on the display are red (I would have preferred them to be blue as on some of the others). I have had it for about 2 weeks now and the only glitch is I came home from work one day & the temp lights were blinking off/on; I unplugged it and plugged it back in, and it hasn't happened since. I was concerned because it was about 3 days after I got it & would have been very unhappy to have had to return it. The capacity & size are perfect for my kitchen space, the interior lights are nice without being too bright; my red wines stay at the perfect temp. I haven't put any white wines in yet, so cannot say if there is a noticeable difference in the dual-zone temp category.

The wine cooler is small, compact and works extremely well. It is some what noisy considering its pronouncement that it was extremely quite. The biggest issue with the product is that the operating instructions (how to set and change temperatures) are pathetically lacking of instructions. It's all guess-work.

My fiance and I received a ton of wine from our engagement party so we decided on buying a wine fridge. We looked online for one that looked nice and fit the space we wanted to put it in. I suggest steering away from this product at all costs. First of all, we went through two fridges before we even kept the one we have now. The first fridge was all scratched up on the surface, so we returned it. The second fridge had a giant smashed dent on the back side of the unit. So finally we received one with no scratches or dents and worked fine for the first two weeks. Then it started glitching. The two different coolers would blink with the temperature going up one or two degrees and dropping back down to the actual set temperature. Then it started running a fan really loud and all of a sudden the temperature control shows an error and the top cooler no longer works. I am extremely unhappy with this product and suggest Best Buy to not even carry it as it looks bad on their end. As I said before, if you are looking for a wine fridge, skip past this one. Trust me, you do not want this headache of an item in your house.

I am a little disappointed in the chill factor of this wine fridge. I like my white wine very chilled, and even though we set it to 51, it never seems to actually get to that temp. It's also a little loud- it's by our kitchen entry and we are constantly stopping to listen because it sounds like a car is running in our carport.

I picked this unit to replace a trash compactor that I wanted to get rid of. It fit well in the spot without having to change any cabinets.

I don't like that you has to reset everything every time the light goes out.

Great wine cooler keeps the wine nice and cool love the look of it.

This was my first introduction to wine refrigerators. I'm truly thrilled with it. It's wonderful to be able to have Red wines served at the appropriate temperature. While the whites are equally chilled correctly.

Great wine- cooler. It has separated cooling departments for red and with wine in a total for 18 bottles just enough for us.

I really like the look and design features of this wine fridge. It’s fairly new but so far so good.

Love it fits well in the kitchen does not make a lot of noise

This is my second wine cooler. the first was an Avanti which only lasted a little over a year before burning out. This cooler is so quiet I don't even know it's on! i would recommend it to anyone looking for a wine cooler

We bought this on sale, as it was a two zone cooler, at a good price. The upper zone stopped working after less than a year. We did buy the Geek Squad extended coverage, and Best Buy took great care of us.

Works great for the small space we have. Looks good and all you need to do is plug it in and add your wine.

After a previous SPT model failed, I got a store credit which I applied to this model. I purchased a two year warranty and now, two years and two months later this model has faltering fans. I urge you not to waste your money and for Best Buy to remove the SPT product line from their shelves

We bought this to replace a 15 Compactor under the kitchen counter. Although a little smaller than the compactor it fit fine in the opening with room for air circulation around it.
