This stand has been working great for us for a year—the only thing is we’ve bought a new cord because as you turn the screen around to the customer then the cord twists and eventually shorts out

Very easy to set up. Works like a dream. You dont have to fuss with a lot of different pieces. Sleek.

These stands are great for our business. We have been running a successful retail chain for the past 4 years, and we have used Square for that time, these stands make checkout easy as well as keeping the Ipad safe from droppage, or theft, as well as keeping it easily charged up for daily use.

Love it! But beware it is outdated already. No USB-C iPads work with it. You must use an older Lightning compatible iPad. Love how easy it is to setup. Clients love how modern it looks with the illuminated NFC spot and chip reader. Easy to hook other accessories up to the hub also. You will need to go in the settings to set the screen off time because you lose access to your power button.

A massive improvement over the 1st gen stand. Better cable management. Better USB hub. Better build. Obviously works with newer iPads. And best of all? It has a built in NFC reader for tap to pay. This feature alone is worth the upgrade. The first gen required a $40 reader that is very prone to breaking. You will save money in the long run.

Great accessory but could be better. It works great but 2 things they need to improve: 1. Capability to use iPad Pro 11in version. You can only use this with iPads with buttons. 2. Being able to use a power bank to power the register. We use it at concession stands and power is a little far away. Other than those 2 things it works great. Plan on getting another one if I can get an adapter for usb C

Bought this for my wife and she really likes it. It was very easy to set up and the materials that is made from our premium. Like how you can tilt it and swing it around for those who may need to sign on the screen or to do a payment. Really good product.

The new 2nd Generation Square stand is a nice improvement over the first version. We like the fact that the card insert slot and touch payment are now integrated into the stand itself, instead of a dongle attached to the stand. Card swipe is not possible for cards that don't have a chip, but these are becoming more scarce and may easily be entered manually in the app.

Worth every dollar but if you plan on using it then make sure to get a battery pack you can plug into. Requires to be plugged in. The is another review with a suggested battery pack and thats what I got. Lasted 9 hours at a show and still had a full charge.

I love this stand. My old stand did not have the integrated tap feature and I was always syncing them to work. This new stand is easy and my customers love the ease of tapping to pay.

This square reader works flawlessly. It’s easy to use, plug and play with the proper iPad (make sure to do your research to make sure you have the correct iPad because there’s so many different models nowadays). I also love the swivel feature.

I love the updated Square Stand. The credit card reader is built right in, so there are no extra cords getting in the way or being damaged. We've used it on 2 busy weekends and been very impressed with the improvement of speed and simplicity.

[Employee of bestbuy] Purchased to take on the go with me and it works well! The only thing I wish I could add is for it to have its own battery or be able to use the iPad battery so it doesn’t always have to be plugged into power. I have to be mindful of bringing an extension cord with me.

Device works abllsutely fantastic. I silly because I assumed it ran off of the ipad’s battery since all of the photos show it without wires. So just make sure you have access to an outlet for it.

This is a great starter stand for any small business! This got me through my first couple of years and it was so easy!

Set up was quick and easy. We had used the older square stands systems for just over 6 years and it was time for an upgrade. We love these stands, super simple and real easy to get up and running. Love them.

I use it for my business and I’ve got to say it made checking out clients a lot easier than using my phone and if it perfectly with my already purchased iPad
