However, on pick up the box was severely damaged and had been retaped as if the box was previously opened and thus, in my opinion the product should have been sold as an "open box" item. I reached out to Best Buy support and was transferred several times with no resolution. Ultimately, this does not support strong consumer confidence and I would expect more from a company like Best Buy
