I had to show them that the cushions that protect the washer, by being inserted into the dryers feet. They wanted to remove the feet.

Refund the $43. Stacking kit. And $188.84 delivery on 4-27-23 and another delivery charge. $99. 5-22-23. You only came and delivered once on 5-22-23

When the installers came today, they told me that they did not have the stacking kit. I ordered these units over the phone with an appliance "specialist" who assured me that I had everything in my cart that I needed. Now I have to go pick up this kit at the store, bring it back home and stack the units myself.... I'm very frustrated.
