I have had 4 deliveries from the geek squad in the past 2 months, and still have unresolved issues. They borrowed, and kept a tool of mine because they lost theirs, they didn't hook up the waterline for the steam dryer, had the doors opening opposite directions, came 2 hours past the 7-1 window, and called us to see what they were doing. I asked him to check to see if the washing machine was level, because a top door won't stay up, he said sure, no problem, got in his truck and left. The delivery team flat stinks.

Purchased installation service. Installer refused to install appliances supposedly because the appliances were not purchased at Best Buy. Best Buy knew the appliances were purchased elsewhere when they sold the installation service. Best Buy apologied and rescheduled the installation for the following week. The following week the installer called to say they would not install the appliances. I have requested a refund from Best Buy. They have agreed but a month later still waiting for a refund.

Geek Squad contracted a third party to do the install. Still, they were quick and professional.

I requested installation for my Samsung dryer. When I scheduled the appointment I was told to have the vent and plug available for the appointment. I paid $70 for a guy to come to my house for 3 minutes. He attached the plug and left. Said he wasn't attaching the dryer vent. I am 100% sure I could have done that myself and saved my money. He was a nice guy but I absolutely would not recommend this service.

I have made an appointment for washer and dryer installation, but unfortunately no one showed up! I have taken care of it through another service provider. Somewhat disappointed with Best Buy service. I would like to not receive anymore phone calls, text messages and emails regarding this particular issue. Best Buy was not able to service us at the time so please move on. We are still loyal customers but this issue is feeling a bit like harassment at this point. Please stop!!
