This is an excellent product. Best small vacuum I've ever used. Good for dry or wet. I use it in my workshop, on my boat or anywhere I need to clean up

I'm so happy with this vacuum. Am washing my thick pile wall-to-wall carpet and use the vacuum to suck up the water, after I scrub areas of the rug with soap & hot water. Then I just dry off the rug with some rags & with a fan. Very easy to do. Then to clean the vacuum, I just rinse the canister part and the hose with hot water--that's all; very quick to do. To rent a commerical rug cleaner (that weighs approx. 55 lbs) from maybe Home Depot isn't doable for me. I live on a 6th floor walkup and couldn't manage toting that up & down the stairs. Plus it's cheaper to buy this Stanley wet/dry vacuum. I thought about buying Bissell's Little Green Machine but read some negative reviews about that machine. Also, the Stanley wet/dry has 4 HP and was almost 1/2 the price of the Green Machine.

I purchased this vacuum to clean out my dryer from lint. It is excellent for the price, my only complaint is that i wish it had brushes for attachments.

My a/c drain line was plugged and my a/c man could not make it here for over a week. Bleach didn't work. I went to the NET to search for solutions. I saw on youtube to use a wet/dry vac to suck out the clogged line. Checked online found this vac, Best Buy met competitors price and it was free delivery to my home. Got it within 5 days. The day it came I set it up fit perfectly on my pipe. As the vacuum started you could see the hose bouncing as the gunk came out once it was all clear the hose was laying still. For the price it was much cheaper then my a/c man. I kid you not I was back in the house in 5 mins. I have checked the drain 4 times over the past 2 days and it is great.
