I'm a tough person to shop for so when I got this as a gift I was pleasantly surprised. It has an incredible amount of features and phrases built into it. Also it's ability to pair to your phone just brings you one step closer to being on the enterprise herself. "Beam me up Scotty"

Beautiful replica of the original Star Trek communicator. Smooth action flipping open. Nice array of sounds from the show. Added bonus- connect it to your phone using Bluetooth. You can use it as a handset or listen to music, although sound quality is not great due to speaker size.

I love this! It exceeded my expectations. I love the packaging. I love the quality. Except for having an original communicator from the Star Trek series itself, this is as good as it gets. Wonderful reproduction. Every Star Trek fan should have one of these!

It is nice, well built. To me it was more about owning a small piece of Arericana. It is Fun and works well but more than anything it is just fun to have. Worth the money if you have some extra cash or just have not bought your grown-up self anything in a while.

Communicator has a realistic look to the 60's tv show. One drawback is the bright led on the charging stand (as is common with most electronics these days). Easily fixed with small piece of tape. Sound quality is very good.

This Star Trek Communicator is the best! It has all the features and sounds from the show and actually functions as a bluetooth communication device that works with your cell phone. What more could you ask for! Hailing frequencies open!

I've had toy replicas in the past, but this one has the weight and feel of what I imagine to be the real thing. By itself, it was worth the price. Being able to use it as a Bluetooth speakerphone was icing on the cake.

Just like the actual prop and this works well with my iPhone. It's a speakerphone and has great volume. Great quality except the metal flip cover doesn't align perfectly when closed, but good enough.

Well made, metal not plastic. Flip to open and communicate just like James Tiberius Kirk. It is not a private conversation but it is fun and Trekkies and techies love to see it in action! It works well.

This is both useful and awesome to have. It's well constructed, as if it's meant to be used on your next hostile environment away mission. The BT works better than most of my BT devices, including my watch. Generally I shy away from expensive (anything over $50) gimmick type of gadgets, but this is worthy enough to buy another one.

I have been putting purchasing this item for some time now. I finally bit the bullet and purchased it. Glad I did, aside from being a conversation starter the speaker is very clear. Happy Trekkie :)

With the quality of a Master builder replica this communicator is any trekies dream. Tell someone to call you and when you pull it out of your pocket to answer check the look on some peoples faces.
