Excellent movie arrived quickly has amazing picture quality.

The iconic Star Wars film in Ultra 4K is amazing. The best film in the series has been improved, just when I thought I had seen everything. The clarity and crispness of the picture is light years of improvement from the format that I first saw it in 1980. I own this movie in nearly every format and I now think I might be able to get rid of all the others!

Of course ESB is great, but how is the 4k video and audio quality? I was blown away by both. This is a demo movie to show the capabilities of a 4k TV. Picture was super clear and audio was outstanding. I noticed things I had never noticed before. I would definitely recommend this one for SW fans and also to see what 4k is all about.

Still the best Star Wars, and one of a few movies I would (and have) upgraded to 4K. It's difficult to really say the picture has improved over 2K Blu Ray, perhaps watching on a bigger screen would yield a difference. The sound however is absolutely superb; definitely improved over standard Blu ray, even running through an older DTS amp.

I've seen it in the theater and many times on the TV/VCR. And I heard a new joke that I missed! Right after kiss a wookie. The audio is great! The 4K version looks amazing on my new OLED. CGI looks good overall. All the bonus features are on the Blu-ray. The Blu-ray looks great on my 4K OLED. The HDR is HDR10.

Had to upgrade from my Blu-ray to 4K and this one shows it best! The sound is amazing, HDR pops, and the depth of image looks great. Price was amazing during the sale. High recommendation to anyone looking for a great 4K movie and yes this is the best transfer of this film to date.

This still rates as my all time favorite Star Wars movie. Just had to get the 4k version to watch on my huge TV. Movie holds up so well even after all these years. The 4k transfer and sound are exceptional. Highly recommended!

This is a must have in your 4k collection! I've purchased every format of Star Wars and probably will with future formats but as of now this is the best colors pop the soundtrack is even better!! Next time you're in best buy I highly recommend picking up this film.

Star Wars The Empire Strikes Back looks absolutely amazing in 4K. The movie has never looked this good. All the detail is clear and sharp, the sound is awesome. This was on sale at the time, but I would gladly pay full price for The Empire Strikes Back in 4K.

Great Star wars movie in 4k. Cannot believe how great it looks in 4k over blue ray/dvd and the sound is even better too! I am so glad one of my favorite movies of all times is now in 4k and in my collection!!

My favorite of the original trilogy has never looked or sounded better on any format. The Atmox audio mix is stellar and a must hear for home theater enthusiasts and fans of this all time classic. Highly recommend!

The video quality is good, but the sound mixing is terrible. The overall volume of the movie is too weak. The center dialog channel is particularly anemic. The surround channels are also weak. There are moments in the movie where TIE fighters don't create sound on the rear speakers despite flying past the viewer.

Star Wars V: ESB looks fantastic in 4K! These are the Special Editions from 1997, but Episode 5 is one of the best in the original three movie series because it's had the fewest changes (unlike the first or third films). The original Star Wars movies from George Lucas and still, far and away, the best of the Star Wars saga. If you're going to pick up a Star Wars movie on 4K, I recommend this one, but all three original episodes in 4K are worth the upgrade costs.

What more could you ask for. The greatest Star Wars movie of all time is now on 4K with HDR. Its the best this film will ever look for Home Video. Well worth upgrading!

Great movie, solid packaging, video quality and sound quality excellent. I enjoy that the item also includes a digital copy so I can watch it on all my mobile devices.

The 4k version of this movie for sound and picture in my opinion is excellent. Even though this is dated, one of the best Stars Wars movie. Definitely would recommend.

If you are a SW fan, you need the 4K versions. The picture is stunning and looks great for a movie 40 years old. The Dolby Atmos sound is spot on. A must have for true fans.

The adventure continues in this "Star Wars" sequel. Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill), Han Solo (Harrison Ford), Princess Leia (Carrie Fisher) and Chewbacca (Peter Mayhew) face attack by the Imperial forces and its AT-AT walkers on the ice planet Hoth. While Han and Leia escape in the Millennium Falcon, Luke travels to Dagobah in search of Yoda. Only with the Jedi master's help will Luke survive when the dark side of the Force beckons him into the ultimate duel with Darth Vader (David Prowse & James Earl Jones). This is the 2019 Disney+ version on the discs.
