Enjoyed this movie a lot nice low price lots of fun

Available on DVD only, no Blu-ray yet, is the latest Star Wars cartoon, Star Wars Resistance, a sort of prequel to The Force Awakens. Good animation but more juvenile that its predecessors Clone Wars or Rebels, so the appeal for adult Star Wars fans may be limited. Extra features on DVD are decent.

I'm a Star Wars fan. I think the Clone Wars series is better than the prequels. Rebels is better than the newer films. This show starts off slow, because it tries to tie in directly with the films with Poe. It could be better and more independent.

"Star Wars: Resistance" is a fun series for kids, but it has some important connective tissue in the Skywalker Saga. The cartoon runs concurrently with the events of Episodes VII-IX, and we see a lot of things from those movies from the point of view of the characters in the show. Features guest appearances from original film cast members Oscar Isaac and Gwendoline Christie, among others, "Resistance" is an enjoyable part of the overall Star Wars Universe

I have not finished this DVD set yet, but the episodes are awesome so far. Like with the previous animated Star Wars TV series, The Clone Wars, this new series has Dave Filoni as showrunner and is set in the time of the Resistance, the successor state to The Alliance/The Rebellion. The look of the show is more like a pastel oil painting whereas The Clone Wars deliberately looked like computer animation.

I saw the first Star Wars movie in 1977. Been a big fan since. But I have not watched the Disney movies as repeatedly as the chapters 4, 5, and 6. I do however love all the animated dvd shows, and this one is great. This is great to introduce younger kids to Star Wars Universe.

While not as mature as Rebels or The Clone Wars, stories are still entertaining and characters are well developed and relatable to kids and early teens. The animation is great and as always fantastic production values from a Star Wars produced show.

Should own series for any Star Wars collection. I searched all over and this was the best price available online.

While I did enjoy this series, it is more for young kids. Enjoyable even for those new to the StarWars story.

Not as good as Rebels and definitely geared for a younger audience.

I collect DVDs as a Hobby. This fits the bill for a price I am willing to pay.

I love Star Wars and the artwork is differnt from what lone wars and rebels have been done but overall it’s a great show but starts off slow.

This was a Christmas gift for my nephew he's very into Star Wars and I know he's going to like it for a series this is a very reasonable price.

This is a follow on series to the Clone Wars Star Wars story.

Enjoyable but not as good as Star Wars Rebels or Clone Wars. As a dedicated Star Wars fan, I would not have missed adding to my collection

Great addition to the star wars universe. I really wanted it on blu ray but I couldn't wait to see it. Still looks good though

Another Star Wars series that fills in some of the blanks from the movies. Good characters and plenty of action.

My son asked for this DVD after we downgraded our cable. He loves it can't wait for next season

So many opportunities lost...kind of like the movie time frame they are in. Love the concept of the fighters but they didnt maximize it. Never got into the art.
