This lightsaber is more than I expected. You can play with it in the backyard and display it in a man cave...

If you can't afford to get the Master Replica Series then the Black FX series is the next best one, the handle is metal and the sounds and color of the saber is pretty good. They also make a nice collection piece or if you just want to have fun with it, it would also make a great addition to your Halloween costume.

If you're a Star Wars fan, it's a must have item..

Ever since seeing the Star Wars movie Ive been fascinated by lightsabers. The FX Lightsabers feel great in yout hand. I got this item on clearance and random selection unfortunately. I did receive Vader's red lightsaber but the box was crushed. The sales rep suggested I open the box and inspect it before leaving. The lightsaber luckily was fine and the rep even helped me tape it back up. Hope to collect them all one day.

Has an all aluminum handle. Seems to be pretty durable. Works well as a flashlight in a pinch.

After buying this lightsaber to add to my collection, I was a bit wary because of it’s light weight in comparison to my older ones. This worry was put to rest after closer inspection. The only difference was that they had traded out the heavy steel for lighter aluminum while maintaining quality. So this saber looks great and is light enough for my young son to (gently) play with it as well. This Black Series light saber is a great buy, and addition to any Star Wars fan’s arsenal.

I got this on sale at a local store for under $100 which is a great price for the quality of this saber. It's not screen accurate and the handle seems too thick for a saber but for this price it is very solid. Metal handle and accents that closely match the real thing. A solid feel to the blade and great lighting and sound effects. I ended up buying one Luke saber and one Vader saber because I liked it so much.

I wanted one of these Black Series lightsabers for a while now and to get a awesome price. I knew that I had a 33% percent chance of getting the Luke Skywalker lightsaber and lucky me, I got it. it has a lot of heft and is not a toy. it looks so real. However, I have heard conflicting reports whether you can joust with them or not. The only hang up is the display is flimsy but usable. I love showing it off.

I love that they finally made a close enough replica of the real one. The sound is authentically amazing.

I love it very realistic metal hilt and sounds! The light from the blade is very bright can light up a dark room easily. Sounds from the movie every time you move it. Shipping was good I got it two days earlier from the projected time of delivery. Packed very well so it's protected great during shipping. This isn't really a heavy duty one to have light saber duels with, more of a collectable item and great for Halloween .Was a quite cheap compared to full price but and worth the money this gets five stars from me!

The kids were surprised when they opened the boxes because they had not expected them. But the excitement grew as more friends and relatives stopped by and everybody wanted to partake in a Light Saber duel.

My only complaint was that the sound couldn't be turned off. But I read online that putting a piece of electrical tape over one of the battery posts would turn off the sound. Sure enough!

These are really good quality and so cool. They also have a good weight to them. The sounds are great and they make a different noise and flash when you strike something.

A must for any Star Wars fan! Quality product, you won't be disappointed! Looks Awesome!!!

This is a must buy for the true Star Wars fan! The hilt is made of anodized aluminum (i believe) and is an exact replica of those represented in the films. Only thing that sucks buying it from Best Buy is if you have it ORDERED it will be a randomized saber meaning it could be Luke's blue one or Vader's saber and I've also heard people get a green one (perhaps Yoda's or Luke's from ROTJ)

I've been wanting one of these Lightsabers for years and I finally have one and it's great. The sounds are what really make this go from really cool to can't put down. I can't wait to take it out to Star Wars Celebration. The price was good and I like that Best Buy had it for me to get.
