Came in good condition, no complaints, five stars.

The item itself is 5/5 however the people that work the order pickup handle the item so poorly like it’s not a collectible. Not too mention putting an sticker on the item for order pick up that can potentially ruin the item packaging. It really doesn’t hurt to put the item in a bag with the order sticker attached to the bag, problem would be solved.

Nice for the carded collection. The same exact figure repacked from an earlier release.

The product I received in the mail had a dented/squashed bubble. Unfortunately, that reduces the value to a collector. The box had plenty of shipping cushions inside and the box wasn't dented, so I'm leaning toward it being put in the box that way. I've seen other collectors online complain of similar situations. I am not pleased, but I do not have confidence I would receive anything better. I'm not satisfied with this particular online purchase.

the only reason why i gave it a 2 star was not because of the figure itself but the horrible packaging they used for shipping ... it was bent and shoved inside a small box ... i had to go to a bestbuy outlet and return it and by luck exchanged it for another one .... and if youre wondering why does that matter?? i collect them mint in card ....

Must have for Star Wars collectors, especially those that collect Star Wars 6” Black Series.

Once I picked up the product it was delivered to my car. The cardback was bent and damaged andcthere was a sticker coveting the bubble. Which was cery disappointing considerinv these a collectable items. Since they are exclusives to Best Buy I would have expected better handling of the product.

This figure was rough! Box was bent, and it just had so much self ware! Price on this item was very high too!

Same again wascrushed in shipping padded mailer used instead of a box

I have received 2 of these in the mail and even shipped in the box they are terrible. The bubble card is destroyed on both of them. Dents and deep scratches right on mauls holographic face. It seems like these figures were put under a bunch of heavy boxes cuz there is creases on the cards too.

Arrived damaged. The figure and package design are great.
