Action Figure purchase disappointing

Unfortunately, that reduces the value to a collector. The box had plenty of shipping cushions inside and the box wasn't dented, so I'm leaning toward it being put in the box that way. I've seen other collectors online complain of similar situations. I am not pleased, but I do not have confidence I would receive anything better. I'm not satisfied with this particular online purchase.
