This is a great season of the Clone Wars. They all are! Of course there are a few episodes that are a bit below par, but overall, this is must-have for any Star Wars fan. Great viewing for fans young and old and worthy of repeated viewings. Older versions of this Blu-ray set do have some minor sync issues on disc#2 and there is a disc replacement program for this through Warner Bros. Most people will probably not notice this issue as it's quite minor, but it's there. Here's hoping they also release Season Six which thus far has only been available through internet streaming services. Hope for a blu-ray release soon!!

The final season of the clone wars came to an unexpected ending. The season attempts to wrap up as many of the plot threads as possible while setting up with the characters for the Revenge of the Sith. The beginning episodes with Darth Maul plot lines are e excellent. The final story arc with Ashoka is moving and unexpected. It is the middle storyline with the Droid squad that seem to lack any real cohesion to the rest of the season. The extra are very bare minimum. Good amount of director commentaries. Wish there was a preview to the new series Rebels and the extra Clone Wars episodes that they plan to air next year. A must for the completelist in you.

The clone wars series gets better each season. Without spoiling anything, I love the interesting stories woven into the clone wars as each season comes out. I am unable to watch the series in real time so I buy the DVD or blu ray when it comes out. I am a star wars fan and continue to enjoy now into my forties. My kids also love the clone wars and we all can watch this together since there is no language issues and the violence is not bloody or gory. Will continue to enjoy this series as long as it lasts.

*some spoiliers ahead* I bought this (without watching the live episodes on tv) assuming that this was the last season of Clone wars that would tie up all the plot holes leading up to Episode 3 ROTS. Although it ended the Ahsoka story, I was waiting to see what would happen to Darth Maul. Alas, there's ANOTHER season next year! I hope they explain what happens then. But, don't get me wrong--The lighsaber fights are awesome in this season! Not to be missed by any star wars fan!

Season 5 of the Clone Wars is the best of the series. It offers the best storytelling, greatest visuals, strongest voice acting, and really shows what an animated Star Wars series can accomplish. Every season of the Clone Wars was an overall improvement on the previous ones, with a few stumbles, and Season 5 brings everything together. Plus, the final story arc might just be the best Star Wars storyline since Empire Strikes Back.

Unfortunately this is the last "season" of The Clone Wars. Thankfully it is the best season of the 5. Visually stunning CGI highlighted by the Sith battle in the Maul arc. This season is balanced by the 5, 4 episode arcs. The music is captivating throughout the season but the ultimate is the last arc. the season ends with the best musical score they could have delivered.

Season five of star wars the clone wars is the best yet. there are lots of character arcs which are great because I love extended stories. also I love that you finally learn what happens to ahsoka tano, which I have been wondering about since the clone wars animated movie which spawned the show.

Season 5 of The Clone Wars doesn't disappoint. Except for the fact it's the final season. This series continues to be excellently written and produced so it's age appropriate for younger children but still engaging for adults, even if you aren't hardcore Star Wars fans.

This DVD series is a must have for those who are fans of SWTCW. This series was filled action and had an excellent conclusion regarding Darth Maul, Savage, and the Emperor. This DVD series was a great to end a great animated series. A must have for any collector.

For this series of movies, I found this one to be just as good if not better as the others. It makes you feel like this is a real place and they are real characters. You develop feelings for them. You find yourself hurting with them and being happy for them.

The stories are well action packed. Some episodes were quite shocking, and others were exciting. Overall, there is still much much more to tell about star wars in more seasons. This series has great details and great graphics for all the characters.

Another great season of Clone Wars; sad that it is the last. Ended great and hopefully they have a wrap up movie with it in the future. This series only got better as it went along.

This season does not disappoint - it's truly a shame that the show draws to an end (as this is the last FULL season... don't worry, they will wrap up some of the open story lines).

My 6 year old loves star wars so when he saw it in best buy he immediately ask for it. He has watch it several times this weekend.all star wars fans must have it

If you ever dreamed of seeing Darth Maul back in action then look no further than this season of Star Wars The Clone Wars! Bonus: Maul has a awesome brother too.

Although the Clone Wars content becomes dark in theme, there are lessons to be learned and the cast of new characters(and the development of the older characters) keeps improving.

As a Star Wars fan, I love the further adventures of these characters. For a cartoon, I'm actually kind of surprised with the action in these episodes.

Bought this season as a birthday gift for our son. He is a huge Star Wars fan and loves this show. He can't wait for the movies to come out.

These episodes are so good it should be a movie a nice little snack before Xmas 2015 and the new trilogy!
