Well ... its still Star Wars

Compared to the older films these are so flat and uninspired. It is very clear while watching these movies that George Lucas was out of practice when it comes to directing. He directed "Star Wars: A New Hope" in 1977 and then he did not direct another film until "Star Wars: The Phantom Menace" in 1999. That is a 22 year gap! I dont know how he got such bad performances out of all the great actors cast in the film.
