It was fun watching the original movies. Also hilarious to watch Han Solo gain weight from movie to movie. Our children got caught up so we could go see the new movie and they would understand the what was going on

Want to take the kids to see new Star Wars movie, but they haven't seen all the past movies yet. What a surprise when we found this pack had both the DVD and Blue Ray! The kids can watch them at home and in the car!

If you’re a Star Wars fan, these are a must (and also I,II, and III). This set was on sale for like $20 which was a no brainer (so was the other trilogy). Looks great on a 4K tv (65” Samsung).

Never have the films looked so good on a home video release. While not a prequel-hater, if I had to suggest only one Star Wars video purchase, it would be this. Stunning picture and sound on blu, plus dvd versions!

I purchased this at a discount off the regular price. For 3 Blu-Ray movies, with DVD versions, it was quite a value, especially considering it Star Wars! I was of course disappointed that these are the modified versions from late 90s because the added CGI effects are dated and out of sync with mood, look and feel of the original. No fault of Best Buy though. Customer service agent was very helpful and the overall experience was very good!

The Blu Ray edition is well done and visually awesome. If you are a fan but not a purist, you will thoroughly enjoy this version. There are some minor changes but they bl3nd well with yhe information revealed in the prequels.

Ok so people have complained about this set not being the original movies. I get that but the look is crisp and clean. The sound is fantastic. The fact that George Lucus has change and added some scenes doesn't matter to me.

This is the next 3 films in the classic Star Wars universe. Meet a young Luke skywalker and see how he grows to become the hope for the rebels against Darth Vader and the empire. No digital copy codes.

BUY THIS AND THE FIRST THREE COMBO PACK AND IT'S A BETTER DEAL THAN THE BLURAY ONLY COMPLETE SAGA. THIS WAY THERE'S DVD AND BLURAY AND THE QUALITY OF THE PICTURE IS AMAZING! BOUGHT THIS AS A GIFT AND THEY LOVED IT!

Original trilogy, still the best, Hans down.... Hahah.. Ahh ok well even though they have some painful edits that came with the re-release visual updates its still the best trilogy of all time.

My spouse absolutely loves this set of star wars movies. He's been a fan since childhood, and was ecstatic to see movies available on blu ray for his viewing pleasures whenever he's up to watching them at home.

It's been a thrill to share the series with my entire family, including my youngest who has never seen one of them. We've watched them in chronological order, and I love that I have both the dvd and the bluray.

The first three made are my favorites of the Star Wars series. It's wonderful to have them on BluRay. The last time I saw them at home was on VHS. The excitement is enhanced by better picture quality and sound.

It is in the running for best trilogy of all-time. I'm not sure if I can call it the best. Others in the running: The Man with no Name, The Dark Knight, The Godfather, Back to the Future, Bourne, etc.

In preparation for Episode VII, of course we had to add this to the collection. I already had Episodes I - III on DVD, so it was only right that I add IV - VI on blu-ray. Each one is a classic in its own right.

This is my third set of Original Star Wars trilogy (the last two were lost) and it's a nice set. I love the Blu Ray version. Though I do wish you could get a version without the Special Addition. Still great!

I had the chance to relive part of my childhood and introduce my kids to the original Star Wars trilogy. I watched in Blue Ray and there are a few scenes that look odd, but that wodnt deter me from purchasing again.

There really isn't much to say other than if you haven't seen Star Wars you need to see it. This movie set a precedent for future films and George Lucas was ahead of his time when he created episodes IV - VI.

I realized that although I have the original trilogy on VHS in both the original release and the enhanced edition, I did not have it on DVD. Gearing up for the release of The Force Awakens I decided it was time to give George Lucas another pound of my flesh. Quality boxed set with DVD and BluRay. It would have been nice for them to throw in a digital copy, but the greed is strong with this franchise. 4 out of 5 for that omission.
