We looked everywhere for this Movie including online, Netflix, Prime, ect. and Best Buy was the only place I could find this. We Love it and will have it in our movie collection forever.

Amazing series. Wonderfully developed universe going deep into the time line before and after the movies. The price is comparable to other places, and the series is not available on iTunes.

I picked up this set to teach my daughter some 'history' after seeing episode 7. These movies are timeless. Loved them all over again and haven't seen them in a decade at least!

My one and only complaint is not combining the two trilogies into one package instead of buying them separately but having the best trilogy on dvd is always a good thing to have

As a child I wasn't a Star Wars fan, but my son introduced me to the latest movie and I instantly became hooked. I watched the complete series over a weekend and I'm in love.

Finally purchased the classic set on blu-ray. Quality of video and sound was very good. Wanted to watch the trilogy again before seeing the new movie and it did not disappoint.

These are the ones to start with. A completist will want to watch the prequels also but if you are watching for the first time, I'd go 4-5-6 before the others.

I could do without some of the characters and background fluff they added as part of the digital remaster but they don't really affect the movies. You have to love these films.

Had to rebuild my collection and have a SW movie marathon in preparation of Episode 7. Excellent quality. Great bonus materials. Didn't realize the standard DVDs were included!

... about Star Wars? Ok - so there are the controversial issues... For an "old schooler" (even with the updates) this set is still a favorite... Great price for three movies!

What can I really say....it's Star Wars. The particular set comes with 6 discs. Three of the discs are regular viewing and the other 3 are for blu ray viewing. Great value!!!!

I first saw Star Wars when I was about 7 years old and it left a lasting impression on me that still stands to this day. If you're a sci-fi movie fanatic this is the trilogy for you!

This set was a better purchase for the money than buying them separately. The movies do include some modified content from the original ones however, this was to be expected.

The original Star Wars trilogy is the BEST! movie trilogy ever. So glad I was able to get it on Blu-ray. Plus I got a great deal on it. Don't forget, Best Buy does price match.

Seriously people. star It's wars on Blu-ray! If you like don't star wars and things on ray Blu-ray buy thisdon't . If you like star wars and Blu-ray then get it! That simple.

Although I'm not a Star Wars fanatic, these George Lucas originals are still as entertaining as ever. But no matter what I say about these three films, everyone has already made up their minds about them. The quality of the Blu-rays are excellent as expected, but the virtual lack of special features (saving commentaries) are hard to understand.

So many Star Wars box sets have been released - if you don't have the originals on Blu Ray, you should pick them up. I only wish that the digital versions were included also.

My son had never seen any of the Star Wars movies, so had to start him at the beginning. Love that they are available on Blu-ray. Great price point on the three movie collection.

great set. includes all three original Star Wars(episodes IV-VI) on both bluray and dvd. Commentary for each film with George Lucas and crew. a must-have for any star wars fan.
